CANCELLATION POLICY
We at Mystic Spa understand that situations may arise, leading to a cancelled appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide an adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees can be paid online, over the phone, or in person before booking a new appointment. For an appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. This fee covers the time reserved for the specialist as well as the impact on scheduling. Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment must do so within 24 hours of their original appointment time to avoid cancellation fees. 🤍

My name is Kaila, and I’m a licensed esthetician born and raised in South Florida. I specialize in facials and head spa treatments, and I’m passionate about helping others feel confident and comfortable in their skin through personalized, results-driven care. I’m also highly knowledgeable in skincare and love educating my clients on how to best care for their unique skin needs. When I’m not in the treatment room, I enjoy spending time at the beach, going on walks, and being with my family.
Olive Spanos
Olivia is a licensed esthetician and massage therapist with over 18 years of experience in the wellness and beauty industry. She began her journey in Canada, graduating from an esthetics and massage therapy program in 2007. In 2016, she furthered her education at the Florida College of Natural Health, earning credentials as a Skin Care Specialist and Licensed Massage Therapist in united states. Her background combines a deep understanding of skin health with hands-on therapeutic techniques, allowing her to provide holistic care tailored to each client’s needs.
