CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Late Policy We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, which covers the time reserved for your specialist and scheduling impact. Cancellation fees must be paid before booking a new appointment and may be paid online, over the phone, or in person. Clients may reschedule within 24 hours of their original appointment time to avoid the fee. Mystic Spa allows a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arrivals beyond this time may require rescheduling and be subject to the cancellation fee.

My name is Kaila, and I’m a licensed esthetician born and raised in South Florida. I specialize in facials and head spa treatments, and I’m passionate about helping others feel confident and comfortable in their skin through personalized, results-driven care. I’m also highly knowledgeable in skincare and love educating my clients on how to best care for their unique skin needs. When I’m not in the treatment room, I enjoy spending time at the beach, going on walks, and being with my family.
